Why Engaging SEL?
My Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) curriculum aligns with the 5 CASEL Competencies: Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, Relationship Skills, and Responsible Decision-Making. This curriculum has a research-based, whole-child approach to teaching life skills students will need to be successful in the classroom and beyond. My curriculum is designed to be flexible to fit a variety of schedules and needs. Easily incorporate this curriculum into your existing instruction. Each lesson includes: an essential question, an intro, a recommended mentor text, whole group and individual student activities, and a conclusion.
